So much shit on tumblr now, don't want to go there. I'll just shout out some of my frustration here. Cut! Cut!

Ok, this is getting so out of hand, that I had to go and watch the TMI movie. It still sucks, but at least is visually more appealing and makes more sense. And this is not a compliment for TV series, obviously.

I understand, that they wanted to do something different, than in the books, and I would be totally ok with that. But now we are receiving bullshit as final product and I'm just devastated. It's ok that visual side is average, because of budget and stuff, but everything else sucks, too. It's bad not because it is different from the books, it is just bad.

There is zero character development for characters, they start nowhere and go nowhere. I don't recognize most of them, only Izzy and Alec are kinda ok. Clary is enough Mary Sue in the books, there is no need to make her more so. They made Magnus so weak, that he needs help with something as easy as healing (and his make-up sucks big time ). And don't even get me started on this werewolf alpha-blood bullshit, which is possibly the most illogical thing yet. Or not... Because today they went from "I will do as my heart tells me" to purely political marriage proposal in a blink of an eye. I was not expecting lame fanfiction plot twist here, to be honest.

And I trusted them not to ruin Alec for me... He would never do something like that, or we are talking about different Alec. Plus, this move doesn't serve any puprose except for adding unnecessary drama not on screen, but in fandom. There are so many more options to build up tension, than this overused cheesy soap-opera way, seriously. I totally blame the writers. Go back to your mediocre fanfiction, guys! And take the make-up artists with you, Magnus needs new make-up and hair. And also he needs his canon cat eyes. Is it so hard to find correct eye lenses?

But I blame casting guys even more. Because I really would not watch all of this, if it was not for him WHY SO PERFECT???
