19.03.2011 в 02:00Так вот разница между двумя изложениями просто колоссальная, хотя в общем пишут об одном.
1. по поводу аванса. Фанаты трио утверждают, что парни получали зарплату в виде аванса, который являет собой, в общем-то, заем и с него берут проценты. Транскрипт с другого сайта утверждает, что с авансов, выдаваемых певцам, СМ процент не берут, и это каждый раз отмечают аудиторы.
2. по поводу затрат на транспорт, еду, обслугу и т.п. Одни говорят, что это все было записано в затраты ДБСК, однако транскрипт говорит о том, что представитель СМ на суде подтвердил, что несмотря на это они оплачивали эти затраты, и у них это записано в отчете по затратам (я сейчас не вспомню, как этот документ по-русски называется... )
3. По поводу 50 млн вон. Фанаты трио говорят, что JYJ не заплатили эти деньги, хотя по контракту должны были. Но оказывается, контракт предусматривал эту выплату после издания следующего за тем альбомом, который продался более 500 000 экземпляров. В издании WHY KYHD они не участвовали, соответственно денег не получили.
Что еще интересно... Знаете, на что Ючон брал аванс? На покупку своего дома. Аванс. На покупку дома. Нехилый такой авансик.
